In the next three weeks ...has SYR allowed itself enough time , to have Vidalia Plant finally "turning over "and operational , allowed allowed enough time to work with the DOE and State Govt to organise an Official Opening , and with that Opening , details of future funding and expansion coinfirmation ? Depends on whether you look at this timing with pessimism , optimism ---or reality ! In reality...unless there has been a major dealy of some magnitude ( in which case , it should have been an ASX announcement ) ----you would have to "reasonably expect" that these events ( plus given the Christmas break ) , have to be getting very close .
