i know Tolga wanted a letter "that confirms there will be no mega projects super tax or MOZ Govt. interest in the project" - think he has it but not 100%. Not worth the paper it's written on. They fall under the previous mining laws as Mainholm has correctly stated.

this DFS doesn't include the Vanadium or the spherical graphite (Tesla plant) so still plenty of upside based on an otherwise very very solid foundation.

this makes it real of sorts, not blue sky like some cynical posters have suggested, the market has largely priced it in and already done a lot of the analysis which this DFS has proved to validate.
