Value will only be obtained when shares are sold and franking credits distributed.
Distribution needs to be in the financial year following sale so most holders of CSE are LT and waiting for full value of SYR which would trigger sale and distribution.
It is a low volume stock with under 5M shares sold over last 12 months with daily average of 13,571 shares with major shareholder Gasmere Pty Ltd patiently and steadily increasing holding .
