It is good news. More relief than excitement though because the market had already factored it in. SYR had announced back in Dec 14 that the Agreement was at the lawyers awaiting final proofing before sign off.
The only ones that doubted this was going to eventuate in a binding offtake agreement where the HC posters who were betting against SYR. More fool them.
I predict the real excitement will come from news of Agreements involving Marubeni. That company has huge potential for SYR. Not just in offtakes, but in finance. Watch this space.
