It is the only way to do it successfully. As I have stated many times before, bringing Jim Askew onto the Board as Chairman was a master stroke.
Jim is also kicking goals at OGC and EVN. He made Ausdrill into a giant of the mining services industry and I bet they would luv him back there at the moment. His other accomplishments are excellent to outstanding as well.
Combining the experience, know how, and contacts from a person like Jim with the energy and enthusiasm of a person like Tolga Kumova was a winning recipe. TK couldn't find a better mentor than JA.
