The announcement is excellent. Marubeni have committed, a step of significance, and the last paragraph is a real kicker.
Having such a short timeframe tells us Marubeni have real live spherical customers at advanced stages of qualifying and contract negotiations.
It also indicates that the spherical plant is not waiting for the feasibility study to be released. All systems are go.
