That's bullshit, I agree its not easy standing down staff, how-ever its the quickest way to get your expenses down and in some cases its the first step you take when cost cutting. Most business are run too heavy with staff these days but its amazing how you can get the same results if not better with a reduced head count, people work harder you get more from who you have left.
