Could take longer actually. Judging from online guidance, it usually takes 12-16 weeks after the initial S1.
I think the process will be SEC comments on S1, then they re-work their S1 and resubmit it until it meets the criteria.
So potentially 1-2 months from now, we could hear more on the US IPO. I don't think any ASX firm has done this yet, so there isn't a precedent on how long it could take.
