When you have a large shareholding the (Bank/broker) in this case uses a method I think called ‘iceberg’ as to not alarm the market and control the price you have requested to sell for.
So (bank/broker) masks the depth but sells down your order gradually at the price you have requested.
AJ7 picked up on the surplus in pre-market.
Please don’t let my decision sway anyone else, I kept trying to convince myself all would be ok as Sezzle is an excellent operator but the competition (being reported daily/ weekly) was killing me.
It really is dancing amongst big elephants in the room now . Every man and his dog wants to jump into BNPL and takes away from the niche offering.
