No im saying the CDI will be based on the price of the U.S listing. They will be one in the same. Sezzle still trades, it's movment follows the U.S listing though.

If Sezzle goes up 5% overnight, ASX will go up 5%. If it drops 5% it drops 5%.

Assuming that the U.S listing has significant share on issue and is more liquid. The trading activity on our exchange is incredibly thin. So the odds are very very strong that the U.S will be the main show with all the liquidity.
