I hope you are right, but I just don't understand what this changes.

The orders that are handed down will be interesting.

If the Panel orders Tinkerbell to sell 1.1m ordinaries on market it will depress the share price.

If the shares have to be handed back to Farallon I suspect that they will be sold back to Tinkerbell over the next 2 quarters, effectively no change. That is unless Farallon decides to push the major shareholder for a takeover offer.

If the orders require Catalen to make a full takeover, what would be the price? surely not at the 75c Tinkerbell bought the parcell at as this would under value to business.

All in all there is no change to the A Class shareholders, we are still not getting a dividend.

Please tell me how you think this win will result in an increase in value, I am just not getting it?
