I also have noticed that TJN announced yesterday that they had exited their holding in CLT and that their dutch auction for GEO had commenced. I also noticed that the sell they had for GEO yesterday is not in market this morning so I'm like thinking that someone has approached them for that parcel and a deal is close.
Once GEO is resolved CMIPC will be TJN's largets holding and they have been selling down on market the he other two holdings in MAD & BRU.
I suspect that TJN will be exiting CMIPC very shortly.
Does the CMI annoucement impact on Ray's ability to buy TJN's CMIPC holding? I don think so but Im not sure.
This may drive another buy back shortly, possibly after the dividend announcement
