hi Giz I’m sorry you’re in both these situations and both with dud boards it seems. It puts you off investing a bit although I guess you have to expect that you will probably get some failures. I’m not familiar with the Boral situation - it’s not fun when you bought in much higher than the price being offered. When I originally started investing I thought I’d just buy AFIC shares ( like buying an Index fund ) and I probably would have done much better. Although it’s fun feeling like you’re a direct owner in individual companies.
