I feel like RG should be stopped from buying shares on market too. He put out a ‘clarification’ announcement on the misleading email he sent out last week but unless you go looking for it people won’t know about it. Even in trying to appear to be compliant by issuing a ‘clarification’ statement he is cunning in not broadcasting this information to everyone like he did the misleading email. There will be many people scared and selling because they have only seen that misleading email and will think delisting from the ASX is a certainty. And a lot of people will just sell on market rather than transfer their shares to RG because they’ll get their money faster

I hope enough of the remaining shareholders are aware of the true situation that RG currently does NOT have the ability to delist. At least there’s some news in the papers now
