In all likelihood CGB are subcontracting work out to Medcan as part of their partnership arrangement.
Probably a mutually beneficial arrangement that keeps CGB staffing levels as lean as possible, yet meets our labour/expertise requirements whilst Medcan likely get the expertise they need at a subsidized cost to their business model.
