Thanks for that analysis. I think you are exactly right and that combined with @freeheel comments on the strength of the management team gives great confidence in this company.

@JID made the same comment to me about the conversion of MTR to a shareholder rather than a JV partner. I think we both choose our friends wisely

I think your comments on silver are important as if gold breaks out this year, which I expect, then silver will likely break harder. That could be a nice little addition to the metrics on this project.
