Sounds like takeover rules prevented Alex Borelli speaking tonight. Idea behind MTR indicative offer [note, no offer has been made] was perhaps to merge with BMR to give economies of scale etc. Indicative offer priced that way to prevent RTO situation due to respective sizes of companies, and suspension of BMR, but seemingly ill-conceived. @Last of the Mohicans this says nothing about the value of MOD in the slightest.
Seen a few screenshots of the presentation and posted on other thread- will no doubt be up on MOD website soon. People there are absolutely buzzing, as were MOD by the sound of it. Scoping study still being tweaked but if not out Monday will be out by end Nov. Botswana project sounds like it has a lot more to give.
