Everything hinges on locking in the JV partner bringing in fresh equity and the consequent approval of debt facilities. If we have commenced cash flow before the end of the year then we will be in a position to fund our share of the cap ex needed to commence construction in early 2024 as currently projected. Our equity contribution to the JV structure could well be provided via short term loans against that cash flow or offtake agreements. Still lots of ifs and buts unfortunately. Let's just focus on the JV partner announcement as everything falls into place after that.
