It looks like a Head and Shoulders at present with right shoulder at .017. Completion would print .008 downside but likely to hover here a bit. If the pattern "fails" in that it isn't a H&S, then it will swing aggressively to .028 in the first instance and likely upwards from there. Head And Shoulders are unfortunately quite reliable patterns re playing out so need to be careful.
