A CR is apart of the acquisition I believe. $10 mill .. So that is already common knowledge.
The acquisition is due any week. Upon that dilution the current MC is actually around $400 million, not $300 mate.
Agreed the sector is very weak. WC8 is holding up better than any. I am unsure how long it can defy gravity for.
