You are getting confused with brine, these are just rock chips and have been expressed in ppm rather than %, drill results of hard rock are usually expressed as a % and brine samples as ppm.
Rock chips don't mean much of anything as surface level results are subject to so many variables such as previous works and weather. Can't read too much into these results but does seem very low grade considering the tenement has been subject to earlier mining activities.
