I totally agree. If they decide to fund this with discounted shares to a select few I will have a rethink. Funds should come from the existing shareholder base. I also hope that any capital raising is substantial. Going back for a CR time and again is a bad look for any company and gets nerves twitching. A release of options to existing shareholders is to me the way to fund and it should include funding for a considerable period so that there is no chance of more CR in the short term.
