Purchasing AJMs pocket of land wouldn't be an act of charity at all! If they can't offload the coal they may have no other choice but too sell out for a nice price.
AJM aside, it's going to be a big couple of months for PLS as they progress from an Explorer to a producer, not to mention the resource upgrade due shortly
