I think that clause only applies to the states that were mentioned in the announcement.

They don't want JIN to "set up camp" with one of their opposition in those states.

So IMO that clause has nothing to do with WA - as TAH don't even have the licence to operate there from what I understand.

May be wrong, but that's how I read it.

The SP didn't reflect it, but today was a really good day for JIN holders.

Gives some excellent certainty to the business, and now they can focus more on all the expansion opportunities.

Managed to top up today at $9.74, and think that will be pretty good buying over the medium to long term.

However, the SP might be pretty volatile in the short term.
