Ann: Tabcorp to acquire INTECQ,TAH-ITQ.AX, page-14

This expresses my feelings almost perfectly. Another few high growth financial results and ITQ heads towards $8+ with healthy dividends to go with it. I actually believe that $10 was feasible within a few years. The lack of available shares in ITQ has held back the share price, which not so long ago already was $6 before the price manipulation begun. I'd much rather a part stock and cash deal than just cash because TAH will do well out of this, even if the SP is very slightly down today. Whilst it won't have an influence, I'll be voting against this proposal and hope a bidding war will ensue to take the price to $8.
