    I would like it to drag out to November for discounting then again funds are tied up and won't go anywhere in meantime so could sell and make money elsewhere.

    The statement mentions they recommend it in the absence of a higher bid. The directors who own under 10% can't sell it without shareholder or majority of owner approving it, and i think it has to hit 90% sometimes before a compulsory acquisition can be made? not sure exactly the go.
