    It is not so cheap at $7, but agree not a huge premium as was undervalued at $5.40, directors just want to cash out and this is the best way for them. ITQ has potential but the addressable market is not that big in Aus and they arent exactly signing new clients hand over fist. I think this deal is OK.

    But agree, lets home for a Spanish inquisition!
