Ok, so if Tacti002 is compelling, and I for 1 am not remotely educated enough to comment either way, the reality here is the BP players are well aware and are either working feverishly to get firstvright if refusal and a trading halt is near in our future - or - Once again ther is insufficient evidence to pull the trigger and or the price isn't right.
Either way, for me, if something doesnt materialise by end of CY I'll be out at the hint if next ceiling. The so called "data" is in, it's either enough or it isn't.
