MV pretty much has to say he is taking the drug to market. If he says he is going to licence it and doesn't, he is screwed.
The market will determine whether there is a t/o, not MV. All shareholders have their price.
I'll give you a tip. Not even the analysts know where this going. If you do a DCF, there are just too many variables you have to guess. Getting the right price is pure luck. I have done truck load of DCFs in my time. If really want to know what it might be worth, look at some similar overseas based companies and see what they are worth.
For mine, if Viralytics went of $500m, you can start at $1b for IMM and work you way up (probably substantially) from there. I am dead serious, too. I don't own and I have no reason to pump the stock I do pay a lot off attention to these sorts of stock, though, and IMM is the most undervalued biotech on the ASX and worth multiples of its current price.
