    Key things

    - Desalination plant at Cape Hardy is going to be an enabler for CEIP - allows them to build a slurry pipeline from the mine to Cape Hrady which is much cheaper/efficient way means of transporting vs road/rail
    - Complementary opps with Amp now include renewable energy - 2.5GW of capacity needed per slide - on rough calcs that's potentially $6.4 billion of investment in new renewable energy not including the grid connection / firming.

The world is IRD's oyster - they just need to find a way to capture all that value that's potentially coming, and leverage the Green Iron / Amp development to get CEIP up
