Having done business in that area of the world, I can tell you from personal experience that face matters a great deal. If they feel they have lost face they will do everything in their power to delay and avoid having to prove you right. I am sure our team apprecaites this but we cannot control what happens outside nor can we control their politics. Politics created this problem and is still a major player in its inal resolution. It is most certainly not over until the money is in the bank.
