Zurich have no real influence or hand and fully understand the most realistic way to recover their PRI payout is from our operating cash flow. Jamie confirmed they meet quarterly and discuss cash flow. They would be entitled to a pro rata of any cash settlement compo but this IMO is still very remote.
Personally i like to see KCN negotiate with Zurich to reduce the liability given how unethical they were admitting the claim but later admitted we had a very strong TAFTA case.
