It’s a bogus legal claim. The Thai govt are arseholes. They don’t want to pay any compensation and the best we can look fwd to is more concessions.
I hope really really really hope we do not agree to take away tafta unless we get a garentee on the Thai ipo and a deal that will be value massively value accretive for our shareholders.
otherwise we are stuffed in this corrupt country.
Keep the pressure on the company.
