just did some speculation as they did only 6 months extension this time.
In my opinion we will have to go through the birth pains every time we are doing anything like mining, resetting plant 1 and exploration and local area office will not approve our application and it will be sent to head office where they will approve it, process is time consuming and sometimes they will sit on it as no one wants to do us favour but keeping TAFTA handy we should be able to create pressure to them. Imagine we finished refub plant 1 and got the same drama like we had with plant 2. It is Thailand where they need huge royalties, permits for everything you want to do otherwise you will get stinging by locals and their legal system.
No one wants to invest in Thailand as their system is crap and works only when you bribe them. Wondering how RSK and Jamie works with them.
