Lay out all your points and be specific with what you would have done differently/better/exceptionally.

Here's some starting points.

-Don't just say "better finance".. tell us exactly how you would have achieved this as armchair CEO.
-Don't just say "buyback" show exactly how and why with risk management built in.
-Don't just say TAFTA settlement without, you guessed it, tell us exactly how you would navigate a sovereign nation, the politics, corruption, local, workforce, economics etc etc and exactly how you would extract the terms that would compensate.
