here a list of alternative refineries in Thailand (if it has to be in Thailand acc. any TAFTA agreement) or simply dont give a f$$k … and go and refine again in hong kong ? Why they still can say where to refine? Uncel tu is gone …. Time to talk again…or just change… without notice…
