you’re saying the 6 week delay in receiving funds for the gold is why they needed the loan! I think this 6 week delay is a red herring and I hope it doesn’t become the ‘success’ that they negotiate as part of the settlement. There are bigger issues to negotiate, like compensation! Focus on the big issues, They have known about this delay between paying royalties and getting paid for a long time and it should just be built in to their business. Or resolved earlier. How long do they wait before paying bills 4 - 6 weeks? There are too many excuses for disingenuous management in my opinion.
