- Low cost loan is something the government may have promised, but not delivered.
- Exploration licenses in the other provinces.
- Withdrawing legal cases.
- A bit of a long shot - royalty discounts.
But it depends how demanding KCN's management have been.
Either we're waiting on the government to push those simple things through the bureaucracy, or we're trying to get them to agree to less palatable things, like cash, expanded mining leases or road redirection.
