It's great news. Funds we need desperately.
1. To pay all loans.
2. Start a buyback ASAP, while stock prices reasonably low.
3. Pay its long standing and loyal shareholders a reasonable dividend for all the sleepless nights we have had to endure with this stock for the past eight years.
4. Leave the balance in KCN's accounts for the eventual studies and implementation of the NE site.
