    I've been a little busy with work lately, however may I please get this straight as I am way out of the loop?

    We are divesting EMC for approx 1/4 of the value we paid for it...
    We are being given shares in a new entity at a terrible ratio against to our holdings in CCE...
    We are meant to be happy?
