Northam,Kalbarri and Summerhill are the 3 JVs with LLease EMC will complete under MPower banner from my understanding. Note Northam is the only project Carnegie will have an ongoing pecuniary interest in.ie. 50% ownership and forward electricity sales. As for ongoing maintenance/monitoring contracts for all 3 projects, one would assume EMC/MPower take over that role. I stand corrected if someone knows more !
So for me the important thing is like the funny farm(oops I meant Parliament) its all in the numbers!! What the hell will CCE make from Northam electricity towards the end of this year,hopefully,and what the hell will CCE make from ownership of GIMG and its electricity sales? Of course that’s supposed to be happening NOW!! Are these 2 sources of revenue going to be a surprise positive to Carnegie fortunes? On past performance probably not. However wouldn’t it be nice to have just a modicum of info at SH fingertips.
I, like most posters on this forum have been appalled by recent events. However if I do “THE NUMBERS “ I think this whole sorry farce will go ahead, even with my no vote. So I’m trying to eak out some positive from my and I presume many others loss position on this stock.
By the way what happened to Elizabeth battery/solar? Did that go belly up with SA change of government. What’s happening with all SAP tenders in WA? FFS give us mushrooms some fertiliser!!!
