I love this stock, but in a previous post I wrote that a key risk for Jumbo is their reliance on Tabcorp. They recently signed a 10 year agreement, however one of the termination clauses (30 days notice) is if Jumbo signs a similar agreement with a 3rd party, which is precisely what they are trying to do to grow their business. With Tabcorp owning a large stake in Jumbo this gave me the confidence that they wouldn't do anything to shoot themselves in the foot, however now that this is no longer the case Jumbo becomes a much riskier play given most of their revenue stems from their agreement with Tabcorp.
