"Does anyone know if TAH can allow other online sellers"

NetLotto is also an accredited reseller of Lottery products... but make up a tiny fraction (less than 1%) of sales.
Not sure if they also have to pay TAH a license fee or a service fee. If they did, it would immediately cut them out.

I don't think there is any malice in TAH selling down it's Jumbo shareholding, what provoked them to buy initially was to block a takeover attempt by Lottoland. With the 10 yr deal now closing, there's little rationale for an outsider to enter the market via JIN. Anyone remember what price Lottoland sold their JIN shareholding?

There's also the issue of TAH's debt levels. They've stated that their target gearing level was 2.5-3.0% and the KMP have bonuses issued in relation to reaching these targets... the Cap raising took that down to 3.2% and this share sale takes it further down to 3.1%.

Anyway... ruing I don't have a spare $100 million to buy out TAH myself
