TAB does not have a representative on the board of JIN even though they could if they wanted. So I think they are not aware of anything premptive with WA lotteries.
I reiterate it's a transaction based on needing cash now. At board level they decide they need to address the balance sheet. They put options on the table such as capital raise, sell JIN holding. And that's it they do it. They dont sit around waiting and watching the JIN share price.
