You Never, I repeat NEVER, hold off signing any agreement. When agreed - sign it!!
Too much can go wrong!
When signed - you release it per ASX rules.
Companies who try to game the system with timing announcements are focused on the wrong thing IMHO.
Very happy with PNV and how things are being managed.
