Hi Marketscan,yes you are correct in saying they can buy on market,at that price,and currently have an order for like u have mentioned,and im sure with time they will be buying as much stock that is offered,but,the point i was trying to make was i dont think many will sell there sh at that price,whether its on market,or accepting the offer,the reason i i think they will not,is because id say the chances of them puting there best,or maximum amount they can offer ,first time,is rare,when it comes to takeovers,now i could be proven wrong,and many mite be scared into thinking they will be left holding sh ,when they own 50.1%,and sell on market,but i doubt they will be happy with 50.1% of ndo,so a second offer to take full control,seens more likely,anyway i wish all sh the best,cheers.
