Cash + finished goods inventory alone were worth around 10c per share. If the buyers succeed at this price, they can effectively liquidate the inventory, pay themselves back the whole purchase price in cash and get the rest of the company for free. Very opportunistic, but at least it puts a floor on the SP. My money is that this ultimately gets sold around the 15-20c level.
