The implementation via on market acquisition versus scheme of arrangement effectively amounts to a hostile takeover... i believe the new controlling entity will have some sort of behind the scenes understanding with the SL government and miraculously come to a deal to continue operations, once they have control.
Existing large holders will have been told this...yes this materially undervalues the company but i believe there is a gun to current holders heads.
