Sorry, Mr Jordinson for that outburst. I am just reading through all the Australian Takeover rules with a view to making a formal complaint about Minemakers. I've only just come across this

I presume you are giving MAK permission to get clearance from the Namibian competition authorities for a good reason e.g. as above and not to give up the fight. Thanks for all you are doing.
