Should we be asking is the offer “equitable”, rather than is it “fair and reasonable”. “Fair and reasonable” is very subjective. Equitable, incorporates, in my view, fairness to all, and impartiality - that is, not unduly benefiting one person more than any other person.
Will our directors’ Target Statement be truly impartial and equitable? .. I can only hope so.
Still my fear remains. . The fear of AGS becoming insolvent remains greater than my fear of no more than 14 cents per share being offered. ..
